hey, k heb wat problemen met m'n moederboard dus moet even een briefje sturen aan de fabrikant, iemand op/aanmerkingen of staat t ( zoals gewoonlijk bij mij ) weer vol met spellings/stijlfouten ? als jullie dit effe vluchtig kunnen nakijken voor me zou ik jullie zeer dankbaar zijn

Dear Sir/madam

I have purchased the Asus A8N- E motherboard at <DATUM> by my reseller Ad Franse, Heinekenszand , the netherlands. It worked properly for <AANTAL MAANDEN> months, but when i removed the cover of my case last month for removing the dust i noticed that the chipsetfan wasn’t moving. I didn’t want to bring it back for warranty, because i thought it would take to long to replace the motherboard, so i bought a Zalman NB47-J Chipset Passive Northbrige cooler, so i replaced the chipsetcooler by myself. First i had a look in the userguide of the motherboard, but there wasn’t any information about replacing the chipset cooler, so i’ve had a look at the zalman site, there stood “1. ZM-NB47J is compatible with all Northbridge chipsets that do not have a built-in graphics core” i’ve bought the cooler, and i’ve replaced it after i did make myself free of static electricity. I had also read on the internet that a chipsetcooler may be attached with thermal adhesive instead of thermal grease, so before taking of the cooler the system has run warm for a hour so the thermal adhesive was warmed up. After replacing the motherboard in the case the system doesn’t work properly anymore, all fans and lights are on, and you can also hear spin the harddrive but it don’t give any screen activity, and also the green light at the monitor doesn’t burn anymore. I;ve tested the system with a other graphics card, but that neither doesn’t work. What do i have to do so i can get a new one, could i send this motherboard to a adress in the netherlands, and can i get a new one please. I’ve been using components of asus since i build computers, and also the crashed system haves a power supply, graphicscard and a motherboard of asus, so i hope i don’t get disappointed about this fantastic brand.

I have been using components of Asus in the past and still do. My current system uses your brand's power supply, graphics card and motherboard. I hope will not be disappointed about your fantastic brand.

Sommige zinnen lopen niet helemaal lekker, maar zijn op zich wel te begrijpen. Ik heb alleen wat spelfouten en zinsconstructies verbeterd.

Voor "my retailer" moet at staan in plaats van by. Verder moet repears door repairs worden vervangen

Offtopic: Even het Engels daargelaten, het is volkomen zinloos om een brief te sturen aan Asus. Garantie gaat uitsluitend via de winkel waar je het product hebt gekocht, en verder hoef je qua service he-le-maal niets te verwachten.
