Kan iemands dit controleren en verbeteren?
Lately I see a lot of advertising for the Olympic Games on TV. That is of course in London this year! I'm really jealous of you, because you go to the swimming competition. Do you have the ticket already purchased? I hope it for you, because the tickets are usually sold out quickly.
I had read in the newspaper, that the Olympic Games are very expensive. Do you think that they deserve the money back?

I have now an exam week, so it’s a difficult week. Yesterday I had my English test, but that had I really screwed up! That because I had learn the wrong chapter .

Anyway I must continue to learn. I hope to hear from you soon.

Dat klinkt nog steeds erg Nederlands.
Ik zou er iets van maken in de trant van "They/ The Olympic Games are held in London this year." Zelfs als je het "natuurlijk" ("of course") in de zin wilt behouden al je er meervoud van moeten maken, het zijn namelijk The Olympic Games.

Lately I've seen a lot of advertisements for the Olympics on television. The Olympics are held in London this year. I'm really jealous of you going to watch the Olympic swimming competition. Have you already purchased your ticket? I hope you have, because the tickets are sold out quickly. I'm currently busy with my exams, so it's a difficult(or hard?) week for me. I had my English test yesterday. Sadly I screwed it up, because I accidently learned the wrong chapter.

p.s. Misschien moet je proberen iets meer connecties tussen zinnen te maken. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het één geheel verhaal wordt en niet random losse zinnen zijn. Iets duidelijk zijn bij: Do you think that they deserve the money back?

Ik weet natuurlijk niet of mijn stuk helemaal klopt en of ik je helemaal goed heb begrepen overal, maar ik heb het geprobeert te verbeteren.

Bedoel je met 'that is of course in London!' zoiets als 'Oh ja, dat is natuurlijk in Londen! (als in: Dat was ik vergeten, derp!)?
Bij geld verdienen vertaal je niet met 'deserve', maar met 'earn', of 'make money'.

Zorg er voor dat je geen Nederlandse zinsvolgorde aanhoudt, want dat klinkt heel vreemd in het engels. En let er op dat je de werkwoorden in de juiste tijd zet, want dat kan ook nogal Nederlands klinken.
