The hypothesis based on the phenomenon of vortical movement in a nature is offered to your attention, the mathematical analysis of two whirlwinds of space which interpenetrate between a proton and эл}ктроном is resulted. The analysis of these two whirlwinds, shows, that when atoms move in space - that change of speed of movement of whirlwinds in atom defines(determines) effects of change of the sizes and time, is especial at about light speeds of movement.
The Analysis shows also a new explanation of experiment Майк}льсона - Морли. In clause(article) it is shown, what not all adequate questions were taken into account(discounted) Альб}ртом Эйн|т}йном and his(its) followers. Thus basic conclusions of the theory of a relativity are confirmed. However, the offered hypothesis does without subnuclear particles as additional forms of a matter for a proton, эл}ктрона and a neutron. They, these materials of the universe - are completely three-dimensional apertures (дырками) which, in turn, exist on a surface of space with higher dimension.
The Space is not "space" in our understanding. It is a substance and she(it) is unique in the existence. All in the physical universe is a component of it. This assumption of new opening to inadequately quantum mechanics and the theory of a relativity who are giants of XX century. However, not all is eternal under the Moon.
1. About the concept time.
In a basis of the concept - new, and revolutionary vision of the universe represented to a society is quite possible also. It is named the Vortical Theory and is promising in its(her) ability to explain some before the inexplicable phenomena of the universe. One of them - reduction of length and effect of delay of time, undetected in experiment Майк}льсона - Морли.
In spite of the fact that the theory of a relativity has already offered an explanation of some of these effects, its(her) answer can be discussed quietly. This limitation follows from that fact, that the relativity as it was defined(determined) a priori, was a derivative still something. The Fourth measurement can not correspond(meet) to the characteristic "time" because in itself time does not exist as a fundamental principle of the universe. Time - the phenomenon created according to movement, - attribute of movement. Therefore it, can not create or be the reason of the own change connected to movements at about light speeds.
The real reason of effects of change of time Further will be shown. And, perhaps, for the first time, in a human history, quite real reason of occurrence of this human concept, so-called "time" it will be adequately explained. First, because the Vortical Theory will be used to explain all above mentioned, and also the brief analysis of its(her) essential components in a result will be given also.
2. the BRIEF REVIEW of the VORTICAL THEORY.
If we consider basically all in the universe we count that exist, at least, five parts or forms accessible to our consciousness. These five parts: real physical objects, space, time, energy and forces of a nature.
PHYSICAL OBJECTS: the form of a matter consisting of particles which we name protons, эл}ктронами etc. However, they are not particles in a broad sense this concept. We shall consider them as three-dimensional apertures (дырки), existing on surfaces of four-dimensional space. Protons are three-dimensional apertures convex in four-dimensional space whereas эл}ктроны are three-dimensional apertures convex of four-dimensional space. The three-dimensional space flows in a proton from эл}ктрона and thus arises, due to this movement electric force of a nature.
The Surface always on one measurement is less, than volume which she(it) surrounds. Hence, the three-dimensional volume, for example a sphere, is surrounded with a two-dimensional surface, т. }. Sphere. Therefore the four-dimensional volume is surrounded by a three-dimensional surface, and the five-measured volume is surrounded by a four-dimensional surface. Not looking that the space is a multivariate substance and including the certain essence: it something - unknown. Whether it consists of small individual particles?
The Answer - probably is not present. The reason why? The answer, perhaps, any also is caused by that three-dimensional particles can not create three-dimensional дырки. The belief in "particles" appears a hypothesis: that, we can see an aperture in space is created, but we can not see a substance, and that aperture of what is made. Hence, we think, that we see a particle when really she(it) exists, but that we really observably(notice) - failure in a substance of space. Similarly to "time", the belief in "particles" is other erroneous belief.
As the space has ability of movement in all directions (rotating and moving), it, the space can include many homogeneous, conterminous and material elements completely and consequently unique from our point of view. This idea - not return to the theory of an ether. It not so. As protons and эл}ктроны - three-dimensional apertures, are not present a wind of an ether. As these three-dimensional apertures move on space, the space reconstructs itself around of them with speed of light. Because of this basic distinction, the Vortical Theory and the Theory of the Ether superficially only can to be similar, as a matter of fact, they differ from each other.
TIME: absolute time is the error created within the limits of daily experience by our ancient ancestors. Альб}рт Эйн|т}йн considered, that there is no moment of time any, which observer can count initial. All is simple, time not exists! Time depends on movement, his(its) substance (phenomenon) is created by movement and is necessary only for it(him). However, if the time form of life of a universe probably also exists, "time" is not present! That the person has named "time" already thousand years as a phenomenon created hierarchy of synchronous movements. This hierarchy of movement occurs from speed of the three-dimensional space proceeding in a whirlwind, uniting "particles" together. All other speeds of all in the universe are derivatives from speed of a whirlwind.
ENERGY: photons of light - the compressed substances of three-dimensional space moving with speed of a whirlwind which they have left. The compressed substances of three-dimensional space create spillovers of a photon as particles, and their expansion and reduction is perpendicular to speed of movement create wave effects.
FOUR FORCES of the NATURE: - gravitation, electromagnetic force, weak force and strong force all of them are created by space. Simply, not is present any separate "parts" or parts in the universe! Movement occurs in two opposite directions simultaneously: in massive global scale, she(it) extends with huge speed, carrying away Galaxies with herself. But, in microscopic scale, she(it) flows back with improbable speed!
Both a matter, and energy - space. "Particles" of a matter: protons, эл}ктроны and neutrons (and a number(line) of other "particles") - not particles in general. They - the three-dimensional apertures existing on a surface of four-dimensional space. The substance (essence) of space is created by mutual and opposite, simultaneous and continuous streams from these apertures. The aperture creates effect of a particle while more dense or less dense substance environmental an aperture creates effect of a wave.
Energy also has characteristics of a firm, liquid and gaseous condition. That we name energy - simply more dense areas (regions) named photons which extend and reduced, at movement. This dense area (region) or a photon creates effect of a particle while expansion and reduction during three-dimensional motion shows effect of a wave. The concept of time is created in the universe by a homogeneous stream of a microscopic substance inside and outside from three-dimensional apertures of a matter. Massive expansion of a three-dimensional substance in all universe causes its(her) counter stream in tiny microscopic apertures that is the reason of forces of a nature and conditions of moving space.
These homogeneous configurations deform spherical surfaces of three-dimensional apertures, accelerating, them to each other, creating illusion of force!
3. the PROOF.
Five forms of the universe: physical objects, space, time, energy and forces of a nature are not quite precisely formulated in 20-th century, however are widely used by scientists, engineers and all society. They exist to some extent in consciousness of everyone in own way, and, perhaps, are inadequate at all of us. There is an individual difference in representation of these forms. But allow to consider this all completely in another way, in a new fashion and thus, not too overturning all upside down.
Objects instead of were from the certain substance are not those. The space, in turn all the same should empty (free) be filled and there is nothing without presence of a matter. Time in itself does not exist until energy and forces of a nature and our devices are not shown in г}ом}триях, the investigated form of space (]вклида, N.I.Lobachevskogo, B.Rimana and G.Minkovskogo) and supervision of his(its) existence accessible to experience! Therefore de facto all in the universe a product of one substance - spaces!
The Proof is based on an exact mathematical explanation of change of physical processes in full conformity with the special theory of a relativity, and also new interpretation of experience Майк}льсона - Морли is given.
On the basis of the vortical theory the reason of change of lengths of physical object in a direction in parallel his(its) movement and adequate change of time will be proved.
3.1. Definitions and concepts.
As the proof of this new understanding of the universe contains some not stereotyped principles, the following should be acquired. In this proof, all is simplified to avoid unnecessary discussion. If it to not make, we shall enter into error of the reader and in attempt to assign to him(it) representation to ourselves of almost infinitesimal movings of atom and the big speed of light. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to use basic sizes. It as though essentially will increase the sizes of atom in diameter, and at the same time, essentially will reduce speed of light up to value which can be perceived normally. As atom of hydrogen - elementary of all atoms, and the most artless in understanding, it(he) - an example used in other part of this text. Nevertheless, should be understood, that, similarly to hydrogen atom, all protons and эл}ктроны in all atoms are connected to two vortical currents of space. Hence, the principles using hydrogen atom as an example are distributed and concern to all other atoms also. In theories of a relativity, space does not contain anything, and all movements occur be relative each other in all practical, large-scale human supervision. Nevertheless, in the offered vortical theory of a matter, the space is filled (is made of something), all movements in the subnuclear world are material, and all as to space it is immediately filled.
TIME - the TOOL of MEASUREMENT: the vortical theory will prove, that time does not exist as a fundamental principle of the universe, however the phenomenon of time still can be used as a measure of means of measurement. As hours use and - or create periodic movement, this oscillatory movement is used to measure a time interval between other any movements. Hence, use of time in the following formulas does not contradict with an offered hypothesis.

In spite of the fact that эл}ктрон and a proton have the different sizes, it does not influence our calculations. Distinctions in density of the space environmental each particle does not influence volume of the space current from one particle in anothers.
3.2. The mathematical proof.
3.2. 1. Radius of atom in a static condition.
In A.A.Majkel'son's 1887 experimentally has proved and together with E.U.Morli has confirmed with the big accuracy independence of speed of light of speed of movement of the Earth that has resulted in the uncomfortable and devastated position in the world of physics. This experiment, was made to find out presence of a wind of the Ether. Two sets of mirrors were established under right angles (90 degrees) each other. The ray of light was divided(shared) into two beams by specially developed mirror, and then these beams travelled forward and back between two sets of mirrors before they were united (converged) in the purpose. As it was at that time accepted, that as the Earth is in movement one beam should have speed of movement less, than another. Hence, when both of them have reached(achieved) the purpose, the interference of light waves should arise. However, she(it) was not registered! Actually there was no distinction in time of movement of light in general! Further experiences were carried out(spent) in a different season when speed of the Earth has different value in an orbit around of the Sun. But also still any changes it was not ever established.
This phenomenon have decided to explain two physics: H.A.Lorents and Д{. F.Fitsdzheral'd, both, working, independently from each other, have put forward the following hypothesis. Each of them has declared, that one of opportunities of an explanation of this unusual effect of experiment, namely absence of change of time at movement of rays of light which repeatedly address between two mirrors established perpendicularly and in parallel to a direction of movement of the Earth: there should be a reduction of a physical body in a direction parallel to movement. Both of them believed, that if a wind of the Ether "dense enough matter the parallel beam goes more slowly, than a perpendicular beam. Thus, it(he) passes smaller distance and consequently the purpose simultaneously with a beam reaches(achieves), past in perpendicular a direction with the greater speed. Лор}нц further has assumed, that if time flew more slowly in necessary "correct" quantity(amount) it and has explained failure to see changes in a different season.
However, it " only correct quantity(amount) " as the basis was marked as " the invented explanation " and rejected.
The Following explanation was made, certainly, Альб}ртом Эйн|т}йном in it(him) now the known Theory of the Relativity. And, his(its) explanation of reduction of length and effects of change of time is connected to existence of the fourth measurement which it(he) has named " Space time ", entered Исааком Newton. But, if time does not exist, there is no fourth measurement - space time. Hence, something else should be found in a nature explaining reduction of length and change of current of time. So, what this such?
So and how reduces longitudinal (along movement) the sizes of bodies? Besides why this reduction occurs on the certain quantity(amount), and induces to be shown, as though it was never reduced absolutely?
To answer these questions, we all over again should consider that occurs when the atom does not move. If we shall make it then we shall find out, and what conditions change during movement of atom.
To carry out this problem(task), we shall consider a structure of atom of hydrogen. On the basis of the vortical theory: the atom of hydrogen consists of a three-dimensional aperture convex in space with the greater dimension (proton) and a three-dimensional aperture convex of multivariate space (эл}ктрон) and two whirlwinds of three-dimensional space. The first whirlwind passes from эл}ктрона in a proton in a substance of three-dimensional space. The second whirlwind flows from a proton in эл}ктрон in a substance of four-dimensional space. These two streams also create the closed cycle of space in the fixed volume.

And, at last, speed of light With = 2,99792460 ]+8 m / sek, and, accepting its(her) value for basic size of speed, we shall receive, that speed of a stream of a whirlwind in basic units Vп = 1. A problem(task) of the given work is the proof of that the sizes of atom are reduced at the speeds close to speed of light, and the orbit эл}ктрона around of a proton is insignificant for our analysis. Only the position эл}ктрона in an orbit at any moment is important for our proof. But it is insignificant, how эл}ктрон has reached(achieved) this position, and it does not influence result.
If the atom is in rest or movement with speed insignificant in comparison with speed of light the volume of space of a whirlwind between a proton and эл}ктроном in basic units (W) for any position эл}ктрона, in the orbit is equal 1 as W = S V = 1.
In an offered hypothesis, the volume of an individual stream, both in three-dimensional, and in multivariate space (W = L S), proceeding inside or from within any particle is accepted a priori for a constant. This constant represents, in our opinion, size of electric force, both in эл}ктрон}, and in a proton, in their interaction among themselves in space. As these sizes are always measured, they are independent of units of measurements, and these sizes always are constants. Hence, the measured volume of the space current inside of a particle always same irrespective of, in what system of readout occurs measurement. It is adequate and similar to when the verifier in a spacecraft measures speed of light as a constant it(he) also will measure charges in эл}ктронах and protons within the limits of the vessel as constants.
The Factors influencing change of volume of a stream of a whirlwind
As, both whirlwinds have created a circulating stream, and CONSTANT VOLUME, hence, changes of their lengths will result in change of sizes of their cross section. However, change of cross section of a stream results in change of volume of a stream. Hence, that the volume of a stream remained a constant as on an input(entrance) in эл}ктрон or a proton, and on outputs(exits) from these particles that, hence, LENGTHS of whirlwinds accordingly change. However, when the atom does not move in space, that is is in rest or movement with speed insignificant (not relativistic) in relation to speed of light lengths of whirlwinds are equal to "full" radius of atom (established or measured on the Earth).

Thus, in an offered hypothesis the volume of a vortical stream between a proton and эл}ктроном always remains a constant irrespective of how it(he) is calculated. Variables can be only: speed, the area of cross section and length of a stream.
We shall Note the following three important points of view:
1*. The system of readout is connected to object from multivariate space.
2*. The system of readout is connected to a spacecraft.
3*. The system of readout is connected with эл}ктроном or a proton.
Hence, if the atom of hydrogen is inside a spacecraft, and the vessel is in movement with speed V if we shall show as atom, and, hence, all other parts of a vessel, change the form we shall not find out contradictions in our reasonings on space. Therefore, atom of hydrogen, for a practical substantiation of the present hypothesis, it is necessary to observe from all three systems of readout simultaneously.
NOT RELATIVISTIC MOVEMENT IN RELATION TO SPACE (V < < C).
On fig. 1 it is given абстрагированный an example of model of atom of hydrogen in space of the universe. But if the reader, will not consider his(its) correct, that, unfortunately other simple opportunity of graphic interpretation was not found and consequently it is not necessary to perceive this figure as the completed conformity to space. It - an opportunity schematically to explain our reasonings. Further we shall consider, that С1 - speed of a stream of a whirlwind in three-dimensional space, and С2 - speed of a stream of a whirlwind in four-dimensional (five and so on) space.

However when the atom is in movement with about light speed V ~ C, results of supervision cardinally change.
RELATIVISTIC MOVEMENT IN RELATION TO SPACE (V ~ C).
1*. In relation to the system of the report connected to object from multivariate space still of speed of vortical streams are equivalent: C1 = C2. Even besides, that all is in movement, anything, a proton, эл}ктрон, current of a stream of a whirlwind do not exceed speed of light.
2*. In relation to the system of the report connected to a spacecraft a state of affairs remains former. It occurs, because as it and will be proved at the end of our discussion, that all movements within the limits of a vessel are slowed down due to forces in space, is especial at movement with about light speed. And so, why under identical conditions and circumstances there are three various points of view? However it, speaks the following way.

The Adequate result will be received and with the "label" placed in a stream of a whirlwind, following of a proton. As, эл}ктрон goes on the orbit far from this "label", and "label" goes in the direction of эл}ктрону, the raised(increased) duration that "label" has reached(achieved) a surface эл}ктрона now is required, in comparison with if the atom did not move. Therefore, even in this case, always it is necessary to remember, that the stream of a whirlwind STILL FLOWS WITH SPEED of LIGHT.
2*. In relation to the system of the report connected to a spacecraft a state of affairs remains former. If the observer does not look from a window it(he) at all does not suspect, that already comes nearer to the Moon.
3*. HOWEVER, if the system of readout, is connected with эл}ктроном (or a proton), a situation changes cardinally. In this case, эл}ктрон is in " relative rest ". Hence, the stream of a whirlwind current in эл}ктрон now gets the OBVIOUS SPEED equal: C - V, and simultaneously there is an OBVIOUS SPEED for a stream of a whirlwind from эл}ктрона, equal C + V.
And consequently, it is extremely important to understand that when the atom is in movement, ANYTHING, ANY PART of ATOM OR HIS(ITS) STREAM of the WHIRLWIND CAN NOT HAVE SPEED MORE, THAN SPEED of LIGHT. However, because positions of these two particles constantly change, for observers in limits эл}ктрона and a proton, speeds of two vortical streams now enter and leave particles with different obvious speeds. Hence, there is a paradox: the volume of a stream of the whirlwind current in one aperture is not equal to volume of the stream following from anothers. If nothing has changed in space the inexplicable situation would confuse us. It would be similar to presence of such capacity (flanks) where one cubic metre for one second would flow into it(her), and five cubic metre for the same second followed outside.
The Unique way for space to overcome this contradiction: is "to redistribute" a part of volume from faster stream and to add to volume of slower stream then, volumes of whirlwinds inside and from within each particle will be constants. Calculation of this size is proved further as concept "duplication" of VOLUME of the STREAM. It is caused by validity of formulas (1, 2 and 3), expressing the law of preservation of volume of a stream of a whirlwind.
Calculation of streams of whirlwinds at movement of atom in parallel speed.
We shall Consider movement of atom of hydrogen in the space, submitted on fig. 2 and it is feasible the following calculations in basic sizes.
We Admit(allow), speed of movement of atom is equal 0,866 from speed of light, that is V = 0,866. Further "virtual" speed (C2 - V) a stream of the whirlwind which is included in эл}ктрон is defined(determined) under the following formula: V вх = 1 - 0,866 = 0,134, and speed of a stream on an output(exit) (C1 + V) from эл}ктрона is equal: V вых = 1 + 0,866 = 1,866.
For definition of cross sections of these streams we shall take advantage of the formula (1) of which follows, that V вых S вых = V вх S вх. Therefore fairly following attitude(relation)

Further we find the attitude(relation) of cross sections of streams of whirlwinds as follows
S вх / S вых = 1,866 / 0,134 = 13,925.
It Is necessary to note, that cross section of the stream moving with virtual speed, equal 186,6 % of speed of light, thus almost in 14 times less than cross section of the stream having only 13,4 % of speed of light.
And so, the offered hypothesis has entered the obvious contradiction with the theory of a relativity on the fact of excess of speed of light. However it is incorrect! We considered(examined) movement of atom of hydrogen in the beginning at V < < C, and then instantly went to conditions: V ~ C. Achievement of speed V = 86,6 % from speed of light probably only under condition of the certain power consumptions in space, that is fulfilment of work. Therefore it is quite natural, in structure of atom of hydrogen and space environmental it(him) there will be validities of a nature which will result in a new steady condition of atom of hydrogen and will show us in what we actually see paradox. The purpose at us one - studying of laws of the universe and, whenever possible, a simple and clear explanation: what, as well as why?
And so, the offered hypothesis in full conformity with formulas 1, 2 and 3 insists on realization of the following calculations. We shall consider, what changes have taken place with lengths of streams of whirlwinds at V = 0,866. In full conformity with (2) it is possible to receive the following

Further, in view of the attitude(relation) (4), it is fair, that lengths of streams of whirlwinds virtually change
L вх = 1/1,866 = 0,536, and L вых = 1/0,134 = 7,463.
Thus, the stream of a whirlwind in multivariate space has reduced the length up to value equal 0,536, in other words was reduced almost in 2 times. In three-dimensional space the stream of a whirlwind has increased the length up to value 7,463, in other words was extended more than in 7 times. However the NATURE does not suffer(bear) emptiness and the more so non-observance of its(her) LAWS. Hence, during acceleration (dispersal) of atom of hydrogen till speed of equal 0,866 speeds of light, on the basis of the given hypothesis the following changes in the structure of model of atom submitted on fig. 2 are inevitable. First, forces, having arisen in multivariate space, will influence on эл}ктрон (it(he) in 1840 times more easy a proton) with the purpose of reduction of his(its) radius of an orbit due to the forces which have arisen in multivariate space as the stream is continuous also any whirlwind involves in themselves physical objects. It is possible to assert(approve), that only this force will start to draw эл}ктрон to a proton, aspiring to reduce radius up to size, while only as a first approximation, up to value about(near) 0,536. However further we shall specify this size, but the physical reason is already obvious, and it is an overall objective of the present work.
Second, in three-dimensional space also inevitably there will be forces. The first, aspiring to reduce speed of a whirlwind up to acceptable (lawful) value, that is no more speeds of light. And the second, aspiring to increase cross section of a stream of a whirlwind up to the value appropriate to a new established condition, all for the same reason: to approach - means to reduce length of a stream of a whirlwind and to increase cross section of a stream up to natural value, about(near) 1/0,536 = 1,866 (see 2). Electric force which in three-dimensional space does not call in question here operates.
In space in the harmonious consent of the theory of a relativity and the vortical theory the stable stream of whirlwinds will be established.
It Is necessary to explain, that further at the given stage of our hypothesis the established processes in space are considered(examined). This implies, that essential change of parameters of streams of whirlwinds will be in full conformity with laws of their movements, according to formulas 1, 2 and 3.
As, V вых = (1 + V), that is, it is not equal to zero, therefore it is possible to divide(share) both parts of the equation (4) on V вых, and according to a considered(an examined) hypothesis (see 1) established value V вх S вх = 1 we shall receive the following expression

Further the received expression we shall divide(share) on V вх = (1 - V), in this case we unequivocally exclude an opportunity of equality V = With, that is V = 1. Thus we consider the following formula: (1 + V) (1 - V) = (1 - V ^2). Therefore we receive the following

This implies, that essential change of parameters of streams of whirlwinds will be in full conformity with laws of their movements at relativistic speeds of objects, agrees (5 - 10).
According to (5 and 6) in the established condition of speed of streams of whirlwinds will be adequate. Transients will not change speed of whirlwinds in their mutual equality each other (as the stream is continuous and he(it) does not have place for a sediment inside particles) and consequently will change synchronously. Differently and throttle заслонка in an elementary particle it is not stipulated. This conclusion is confirmed also with formulas (7, 8) as streams will aspire to borrow(occupy) the shortest distances between a proton and эл}ктроном.
Hence, as the cross section of a stream of a whirlwind, is proportional to a square of radius and changes in (1 - V^2) time, the length of a stream and radius of an orbit in a direction of movement of atom will decrease in (1 - V^2) ^0,5 times.
According to (9 and 10) the attitude(relation) of length of a stream of a whirlwind to his(its) speed is a constant and as thus she(it) has dimension of time, hence, simultaneously with change of length occurs the appropriate adequate change of speed of current of time. Thus, speed of current of time decreases in (1 - V^2) ^0,5 times.
The Conclusion (in metric units):
At speed of movement V of object in space, there is a delay of current of time, reduction (reduction) of lengths (dimensions, radiuses) atoms and physical objects in a direction of movement in (1 - V^2/С^2) ^0,5 times.

Speed of a stream of whirlwinds will be equal 0,5, that is twice there is less than speed of light and, thus, does not contain contradictions with the theory of a relativity. Cross sections of streams of whirlwinds thus are increased in 2 times.
The Explanation of experiment Майк}льсона - Морли now becomes obvious. At movement with any speed, during acceleration of movement there is a reduction of length of physical objects: they ACTUALLY ARE COMPRESSED in a direction parallel to speed of movement. The basic and unique postulate of the theory is preservation of a constancy of individual volume of a stream of a whirlwind. Hence, measurement of speed of light in the system of the readout moving with certain speed, for example on the Earth, contains a priori natural reduction of distances (lengths, the sizes and so on) and time in a direction of movement of our planet and, therefore any experiments it is impossible to define(determine) its(her) absolute speed in relation to system of the universe "based" in space.
Therefore absence of existence of the Ether in space and experiment Майк}льсона - Морли are necessary and sufficient acknowledgement(confirmation) of the offered vortical theory.
