What do you do to stay as fit as possible?
to stay as fit as possible I try to stick to the following three things as much as i can:
1) sporting a lot
2) paying attention to what i eat
3) sleep enough and/or take enough rest
about the sporting i can tell that it is very important in my life. i practise handball, judo and fitness amond some other sports.
?besides these sports i also give classes in a gym? (denk niet dat dit echt klopt) the classes i give there are aerobics and spinning.
watching what i eat and drink is pretty hard for me, because i like to eat ?? lekker=nice? food. yet i do try to eat as healthy as possible. besides that i try to make sure my food is diverse
finally the sleeping and/or taking rest. this is the easiest of these three points. taking rest is easy for me. the only problem is that i'm short on time every once in a while and yes, i do sleep less in those periods, but believe me, i do catch up later.
