The path to happiness is like a steep mountain to climb
you have to reach the top in your life
where happiness is found
For some people it is easy to get up
for others it will be a hard climb
It is the climb that you have to make no matter what is holding you back
in everybody lies the strenght to make it to the top

Maybe you have to carry the weight of confusion
You will often stumble and have to restart your climb

During the climb the wind will blow in your face
and the rain is always falling down on you
The sun will shine no matter what
and it will dry up all of your tears
You'll see the rainbow
as a sign to carry on

When it is dark you can't see where you're climbing
and you don't know where to go
The stars will show you the way
there are always stars in your life
you know they are there
even when you can't always see them

You can loose your shoes on the way to the top
and you'll cut your feet on the rocks

You'll come across boulders blocking your path
but there are always more ways to reach the same goal

If you want to give up
when you think you'll never reach the top
Remember that you're strong
there are those who believe in you
they are your energy to carry on

You can't turn around during the climb
you can't jump off a cliff
you can't even stand still
you have to move forwards
'cause you know that the beauty of the view at the top
will echo so deeply in your soul
that all traces of suffering will be forgotten...
